Smaller grit stones (800#, 120#, 320#, 600#) are ideal for rough grinding and repair, while higher grit stones (3000#, 5000#, 8000#, 10000#, 1500#) perfect the edge for a polished, fine grinding finish. All stones are durable enough to handle S30V steel.
